In our Wet Fill Kitchen we thermally process low-acid and acidified foods in hermetically sealed containers using either Hot Fill Hold (HFH) or a water bath processing.

We specialize in bottling acidified and low-acidified, hot and cold foods as well as dry fill food packaging and labeling.

  • Wet Fill Products: Barbecue sauces, glazes, hot sauces, marinades, mustards, pressed oils, salad dressings, salsas, spreads and dips, syrups, and other condiments.

  • Dry Fill Products: Dry rubs, seasoning blends, and products such as pre-packaged bread and cake mixes.
